The bathroom was large, as was the shower, and we also had a beautiful, spacious room. It was well insulated and a pleasant stay overall. Getting into the room was a bit nerve‑racking at first; we needed five keys to reach our room, and we were right in the historic center—typical of Naples.

The place is nicely located in the city center, giving you access to all directions. The breakfast at Janare was good, with very friendly staff. From the rooftop terrace you can see the cruise ships and the rooftops of Napoli. Questions are answered quickly through the traffic app, and arranging a transfer to the airport was well organized and fast. The only downside is a lift that takes you to the 5th floor, but to reach the accommodation you have to go down one level via a narrow fire door on the rooftop terrace with your luggage—quite a hassle if you’re traveling with large suitcases.

The location is right in the historic city center, but the place was not clean, the shower leaked, and getting in was a hassle.
