The hotel has a beautiful central location, a nice parking lot, excellent breakfast, and exceptional breakfast staff, but the rest of the stay was marred by several problems: the room advertised a balcony actually had only a loggia that made the air conditioning impractical, the air conditioner was non‑functional, the TV remote was faulty, the phone did not work, there was no cleaning of coffee cups and glasses, and no restocking of coffee or minibar; the reception lady was superficial, unprepared, and even rude.

Локація чудова - на площі прямо навпроти ратуші. Музичний годинник, світлові фонтани - дуже гарно. Сам готель ок. Напевно найкращий в Бузау. )
