Spacious suites offer free WiFi, 42" flat-screen TVs, iHome stereos with iPod docking stations, refrigerators, and furnished private balconies with city views. Suites also feature separate parlor areas and ensuite bathrooms with free toiletries and hairdryers.

The hotel sits right in the heart of Palm Springs, surrounded by restaurants and cute shops. The stay was fine until check‑out day, when I asked for an invoice for work and Lesley at the front desk told me to contact the third‑party booking agent for it. That was not what I expected from a Hyatt. My colleagues who stayed with me and booked through the same channel received printed copies, but I didn’t, and she kept saying it was policy. I’ve stayed at other hotels and this is the first time I’ve run into this problem.
