Great amenities and friendly staff, plenty to do, but the sofa beds were worn and need replacing.
We spent two great days here with family; the hotel exceeded expectations—spotless, cozy, and welcoming. The staff, especially Lusine and Mrs. Sveta, were warm and attentive. We'll definitely return and recommend it.
The resort was pretty clean and the staff were super helpful, but the pool had no shallow section and the whole place stayed hot at night without AC. We couldn't open the windows because of bugs, so a screen or AC would help. Still, we had a nice stay.

The place was clean and roomy with a good kitchen, but constant construction noise and late‑night parties made it hard to sleep. Getting there was a pain because taxis wouldn't take us over the rough road. Breakfast barely fed five people, and we didn't get fresh towels or housekeeping for three nights—towels only arrived on the last day. The dining area also had a bad odor.
