The host went above and beyond to meet our needs and kept in touch regularly; hiking was fantastic, and my group loved the walk; the chalets are beautiful and spotless, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and I’ll return with another group; the setting is peaceful and easy to locate, but the host could add more lighting outside to prevent trips on stones.

The staff, especially manager Lee, were accommodating, but the place was just dirty and poorly maintained. Sheets were filthy, the room had spider webs, and the bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned properly. The building had broken tiles and doors, beds had broken sponges and you could literally feel the bed planks. Some of the lights didn’t work.

The view and scenery were amazing and quiet, but the chalet wasn’t fully equipped.

The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful; the venue was clean and pretty. We had a fantastic time overall.
