“Il posto è meraviglioso ma dovrebbe essere gestito con più attenzione”
The location in the green and the structure were positives, but unpleasant and lingering smells at the entrance, a lack of coordination, and having to request towel replacements made the stay less enjoyable.
The property is fantastic, well maintained and surrounded by nature for a wonderful experience. The final part of the online check‑in required using a third‑party platform, and in addition to the correct tourist tax, they asked for about €2 for “management fees,” on top of what I had already paid on Booking. So I had to do the check‑in alone and pay extra, which felt opaque and unfair since I’d already covered taxes and other costs on Booking.

“Incantevole sorpresa”
The place is charming, tucked in the hills between Bologna and Florence. It’s perfect if you’re after an isolated, quiet spot. We booked a triple room but ended up with a two‑storey cottage that had double bathrooms, a kitchen, and a huge garden to use. Absolutely stunning, and the pool is just as magnificent. Breakfast was great and plentiful, served in a nearby building. The staff were very friendly.
“Relax sulle colline bolognesi”
The setting is in nature, very peaceful and welcoming. The pool and hot tub are excellent. The covered porch is lovely, and the accommodation was converted from an old stable. The only downside was the lack of a tablecloth for the dining table.
