Everything was great – the vibe, the service, the location, and the overall pleasantness of the hotel. The management style makes guests feel genuinely welcome, which is increasingly rare in Italy. I liked everything.

The building was nice and set in a beautiful countryside setting. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and the room felt comfortable, with a good breakfast spread. However, the hotel advertised a minibar, yet the fridge was empty. When we asked reception, they explained the fridge couldn't keep items cold, but they offered to bring drinks to our room for an extra charge. The fridge was tucked into a small cupboard; opening its door allowed better ventilation and it worked more effectively. We mentioned this to reception, and they said they'd investigate.

The staff were friendly and the food at the restaurant was very good. It’s a solid base for biking, walking, or driving to various parts of the area, and the scenery is stunning. The room had a faint smell, probably from old smoke, but it was otherwise very tidy.
