Nice rooms with very good standard and comfort.
Cozy room in excellent condition. Services and staff were great.
The place was clean, the reception warm, and the common areas—including the fridge, coffee, and breakfast items—were handy; the bathroom had a bidet and a roomy shower. The only downside was the lack of a shower caddy and a coat rack in the room.

Spotlessly clean, very well equipped, very comfortable and great communication before and during our stay. A peaceful night's sleep. Generous breakfast in the communal kitchen was much appreciated for our day of walking on the Via Francigena. Highly recommended. We wish we had had longer in Il Pino and beautiful Montefiascone. We arrived late after a flight delay and had a little difficulty finding it. I think in daylight it’d be fine as it is signposted but Google Maps wasn’t very accurate for us.
The staff, especially Mrs. Sofia, were welcoming and friendly, and the location is great for getting to the city center; the building itself looks nice and works well.
