The place has potential and could use some work, but the location is solid, the room is roomy, and the staff are friendly. I really appreciated having a Bible in the room—it was the highlight of my visit. On the downside, the room was dirty: dusty floors, dead flies, cobwebs, and a TV that didn’t work. The bed only had a thin sheet, and there was no toothpaste or toothbrush; the bathroom conditioner was used. The pool was also dirty, with debris floating in the water.

The only good things were the location and the staff. The room and linens had a strong odor that made my head hurt, and the air‑conditioners were unbearably loud, so I barely slept. I ended up transferring to another hotel that I had already prepaid for.

If you’re just passing through Tagum, this is a decent stop. My family just needed a place to rest while they were at a birthday party in Tagum, and it was very cheap and right next to the event.

Nothing good to mention. It’s an old hotel for the price, no Wi‑Fi, only one wall outlet, no fridge in the room, and mosquitoes inside.

The location, the ambience, and most especially the attendants that clean my room. It needs renovation and needs to put their attention tobthe facilities , the heater, the AC, and the bed
