I only stayed for one night, but I have to say that the rooms, although a bit old, were clean, and the location was perfect for getting to Vada and Rosignano beaches.

The hotel's location was great, close to the coast and easily accessible to Pusa, Lucca, and Florence. However, the property seemed to be in disrepair, with many things broken and not being maintained. The owners were friendly and tried their best, but the staff didn't seem to care. It felt like the hotel might not even exist in a few years.

The breakfast at the bar was a highlight - the cappuccino was good, and the pastries were a nice touch.

I was a bit disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Although the property was empty, we paid for breakfast, but the owner didn't even bother to show up in the morning. This lack of service was consistent throughout our stay.
