The place is in a great spot in the village, an old, picturesque house that still has all the amenities of a modern cottage; they even left wood for a barbecue. Maria was wonderful and made sure we were comfortable. The village is lovely, and on the same street is the Ratón Pérez village, perfect for kids. People with reduced mobility cannot get in, and parking nearby is impossible.

It’s an old village house that’s been updated and has everything you need. We used the barbecue, and they had it ready with wood and everything. The owners left everything in the house, even cookies for breakfast. The bathroom was an issue: the boiler was mediocre and the hot water was uneven. We mentioned it to the owners and they’ll fix it. A bathroom that can fit up to 9–11 people feels a bit tight, but the price is unbeatable. You can’t ask for more. There’s only one room with a door.

Honestly, I didn’t like it at all. The beds are super uncomfortable and need an urgent change; the lighting system or its installation needs a change. We were a family of five and when the heater was on, you couldn’t turn anything else on, and the kettle is another issue—20 liters, so only one person can shower at a time.

Everything was great, the host made everything very easy for us, no problems at all, and communication was excellent.

The house had a cozy vibe with the Ratoncito Pérez décor, but the two upper beds were a bit less comfortable than the lower ones, clearly using a different mattress.
