The Playacapricho hotel is situated directly on the sandy beach in Roquetas de Mar, offering breathtaking sea views. Its rooms feature balconies or terraces, air conditioning, heating, and safes available for a surcharge. The hotel boasts a swimming pool with water slides and a hot tub, sun terrace, and roofed pool, as well as a buffet restaurant with a show kitchen serving local and international cuisine.

The value for money is good, the staff are very friendly and attentive, and the outdoor area is well maintained. Only two elevators serve the rooms, so during peak times there are queues; patience is required, but everything is resolved.

The staff were very attentive. However, because of the booking‑based allocation policy, I was given a room facing the street where the garbage bins were and the trucks came by at dawn, creating noise.

The best part is the hotel’s direct beach access—just cross the promenade, which is perfect for kids. The food was quite repetitive, lacking variety for a four‑star hotel, and we didn’t like that to enjoy the all‑inclusive meals you had to go to a dining room where you couldn’t get wet; you had to dry off first, which was a bit of a hassle when you’re at the pool with children.
