The location is great and the service is excellent. On checkout day, they didn’t give me the invoice because of a system change; they promised to send it that day, but two days later I still haven’t received it.

The hotel is very good, with a large, heated pool, an amazing breakfast buffet, and spacious, comfortable rooms. It sits right across from Unicentro and close to Jardín Plaza. However, maintenance could improve in damp areas, rugs, and the Turkish bath; the TVs aren’t smart, so you can’t access any streaming services, and the Direct TV channels are limited.

I was disappointed with the breakfast.

The location was fine, but the rooms and cost were not.

The location was good, but the hallways smelled damp and had cracks from a recent tremor; drink prices and sheets were too expensive.
