The site is truly unique and the restaurant serves fresh, homemade dishes with good service; the staff were friendly and responsive, and by chance I was there on the day of the eclipse, when an employee handed me glasses to enjoy the event, for which I’m very grateful. On the other hand, paying €150 per night for a 12 m² room (bathroom included) with a 130 cm bed on an 8 cm soft mattress, plus a terrace without any table or chairs, is unacceptable; after nine nights in hotels costing €70‑€100 across France, Spain and Portugal, this feels like a rip‑off. My room was right at the front, next to the parking, so I had to keep the windows open because of the heat, only to be woken by cars, guests entering, and doors slamming. To make matters worse, the lock was faulty and required five attempts to turn. Perhaps other rooms are better, but apart from the restaurant, I would avoid this place.
