“Encantador”
The house radiates coziness. The hosts are friendly and very nice, always available. I liked everything.

The location was fantastic, the reception warm, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast delightful whether you ate inside or outside the beautiful garden. Take your time enjoying the special breakfast because you can skip lunch, saving time and money in Porto itself. From the property you can walk in about an hour along the Douro to Porto’s old centre. If you don’t feel like walking back, Uber or Bolt will bring you back for about 6 euros, which is far less than parking.
The care with which mother and son arranged everything was meticulous. The breakfast was super delicious and unique! The villa was beautiful with a stunning terrace and garden. And Porto’s historic centre is within walking distance via a lovely route along the river. Truly great if a walk is no problem.

Dror and his mother were exceptionally kind hosts. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was carefully prepared gluten‑free. They also helped us find a suitable boat trip on the Douro. We walked three times along the Douro to Porto. From Quinta de Sá the route is very safe and takes about 50 minutes on foot.

Dror and his mother are exceptional hosts, and the breakfasts are a must‑try. The walk to the old part of Porto is relatively long, but I enjoyed it; if you’re tired or not ready for a long walk, consider taking an Uber or Bolt.
