I was impressed by their refined service style; a young man at the restaurant tackled a problem I had and offered the best help I’ve seen elsewhere, and I wish they could reward or support him further. They are very good.

We arrived at the hotel at 06:00 with a 7‑month‑old and a 6‑year‑old. I asked at reception for early check‑in if possible, and they replied that check‑in starts at 14:00 (okay, the same rule for everyone). Their rude and harsh responses were obvious right away. After about 5 hours at reception, around 20 people (roughly 7 rooms) had checked out, yet even though my 7‑month‑old was crying a lot, they still only let us in at 14:30. The same blanket rule applied to us, which was fine, but the rude and strict answers were shocking for our first time in Turkey. In the bathroom all faucets were broken and everything was moldy. Hot water took 5‑7 minutes to arrive. There were strange stains on the carpets, and hair was everywhere. Reception staff were very arrogant.

The host was excellent, the staff helpful, and the hotel’s location is great.

The location is nice, and they supplied a cot right away when I checked in. On‑site facilities like a coffee shop are decent and reasonably priced. The AC stayed at a fixed 21 °C, so it was very cold at night. The restaurant was pricey for the small portions. Reception could have been friendlier, especially when I was checking out—they just took the key card, laughed, and didn’t ask how my stay had been. Soap dispensers were nearly empty when we arrived, with only a tiny amount left of everything.
