There is no point to be disappointed, only the location is good. The cleanliness is awful, the shower and toilet are terrible, walking in socks inside the room, socks stuck to the floor from filth, the worst place I’ve seen.

Hello, we were unfortunately very disappointed with our stay in this accommodation, which did not meet our expectations. Indeed, the room smelled of cigarette, the beds were particularly hard and the shower was defective, with only cold water. Moreover, there was no heating in the room and, despite our request for extra blankets, we did not receive a response from the hosts. We did notice that they were very responsive when it came to contacting us to provide the necessary instructions to access the property or to pay the tax.

Nothing. 1. To use the toilet, I had to get outside the house and enter a basement from the back of the house. 2. The toilet facility was too small for the quantity of people it was supposed to serve. 3. The premises were extremely dirty and smelly. 4. Staff was nonresponsive and wouldnt provide me with the code to enter. 5. I submitted a request for earlier check in that was never addressed. 6. The matress was too old and very uncomfortable. 7. I booked a room for 3 people, we got one with 2 beds and 1 very uncomfortable sofe. 8. No staff on premise and unresponsive staff on booking or whatsapp. 9. They are scamming people with the city tax

Only the location is good. I couldn’t even enter for 3 hours outside in freezing cold, called many times and no one answered, had to leave and after 4 o’clock they sent the correct pin to enter but it was too late and I saw it in the morning, disappointing, I paid, lost my money, my time and ruined my day.
