It’s close to Iwaki Station, and the single‑room‑like accommodation turned out to be surprisingly comfortable; the kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes, cooking tools, a fridge, and a hair dryer, which is convenient, and the facilities are clean. I wanted to use the lounge café on the first floor, but it was closed because the Iwaki Tanabata Festival was being cleaned up that day. Check‑in was quick via email.

I arrived early in the rain and was able to enter before the official check‑in time; my bicycle was handled with care, and the single‑room‑like space was very comfortable. No particular complaints.

The place is clean and close to the station and downtown, but the air conditioning was hot and I couldn’t sleep.

The station is easily accessible, I could cook for myself, and the shower water pressure is high and comfortable. It isn’t a major issue, but having two IH cooktops makes cooking convenient and appreciated.
