The location was fine, but half the hotel was “out of service”, dirty or broken, and the staff didn’t speak English.

It was a cheap stay right in the heart of things, so as a “home base” to just sleep through the night, it was passable. It wasn’t an absolutely terrible experience, but this is a place for single dudes. Cheap, crude… it was whatever. The staff were friendly. This place was rough. It was dimly lit, and people on the lower levels stared off into nothing. The place looked like it used to allow smoking, so it all had that dingy yellowing. The beds were not the most comfortable and most of the controls inside the bed (including the TV) were broken. We got a TV to come on and it just showed looping video footage of groceries. It would make a good horror‑themed capsule hotel. It was genuinely a little unsettling.
