The room was fresh, clean and welcoming. The shower had no cap, only a ceiling spray, so I couldn’t keep my hair dry – it was a hassle. It was pretty noisy outside, with students up until early morning.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were unhappy, uninterested, and indifferent. All staff should attend a Hilton training course.

It’s a great place – once we found it, I’d never want to stay during term because I can imagine it would get very busy. Breakfast in the café across the street was nice. I had to stand in the rain waiting for the breakfast doors to open.

Great location, easy access. Beds need updating, mattress really hard Extraction fans too loud
