Clean. Everything was great

“Wasn’t the best experience , lesson learned”

There were bugs in the room and it wasn’t as clean as I expected. The rooms didn’t match the pictures; the score of 7.7 should have been lower, there were bugs, and the tub had rust.

The place was clean, but the breakfast selection was thin—there were no fresh hot options. When we arrived, the window was open and even after closing it, we could still feel and hear the breeze, and the doors slammed loudly.

“Staff was incredible at responding and helping us out!”

I stayed to explore apartments and the neighborhood, and everything was within walking distance of the spots I was checking out. I also appreciated the proximity to good fast‑food spots and gas stations.

The location was great, but the manager lied about refunding the $200.00 at checkout. He wouldn’t answer my husband’s phone call and the money never appeared on our credit or checking account. I would not recommend this hotel.
