Everything was very good and I liked it all, especially because it’s very close to the Haram and for such a price it’s quite good. The service is good; when they say they’ll do something, they do it, especially our brother Yamin from the staff helped us a lot. He’s a very good and polite employee.

The worst experience was with Mohamed at the reception; he was the only one who treated me well, but the other staff member was very rude, and check‑in was at 5 PM, which is very late.

The hotel sits a pleasant 5 minutes from gate 310, and the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious enough for four guests, and the cleanliness was outstanding. However, the local reception staff were unhelpful; none spoke English, and after a long journey I had to wait 15 minutes before anyone assisted me.
