Located off Interstate 435, the Comfort Suites Speedway - Kansas City hotel is near the Kansas Speedway, Legends at Village West, Cabela's, Livestrong Sporting Park, and Nebraska Furniture Mart. The hotel is also close to the Sprint Center, Kauffman Stadium, and Kansas City Power & Light District. Amenities include free hot breakfast, a public computer, and laundry facilities. Suites feature refrigerators, microwaves, and 32-inch flat-screen TVs, with free wireless high-speed Internet access.

The staff were so friendly and the pool was perfect—everything was amazing, though the parking felt a little tight and I’d have liked breakfast to start earlier since we had to leave so early, but that’s normal!

It was mediocre but OK; breakfast had a nice fruit selection, but coffee was only available from the push‑button machine and it was awful. Cleanliness was an issue overall: we stayed in a suite where the throw pillows on the couch were filthy and I didn’t want to touch them, so we disinfected a few hard surfaces like the coffee table and desk for our personal items. The TV was gross. Thankfully we only needed one night. In the lobby seating area we met someone else who had the same problem with the filthy throw pillows; they were so dirty that I moved them from the chairs and couches by touching them as little as possible, then washed my hands.

The staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. The only negative was that the pool is starting to show its age.

Everything was very clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff—including housekeeping—were friendly. The only downside was that there was only one gas station nearby, though other food and stations were in pretty close proximity.
