The spot’s spot‑on, but the rates were just average; the staff handed us a homemade Champagne and a handful of nuts, which was nice. They also helped us navigate to the hotel, and Rustavelli Avenue is in full‑scale renovation. The lift is tiny and not ideal, though we appreciated the historic building. The air felt thick, musty, and dusty—probably from the road work—so brace yourself until the avenue’s overhaul finishes.

The room and beds were comfy, the location was superb, and the staff were fantastic. Nino stood out as especially helpful and friendly.

Everywhere you go is convenient, and the staff were incredibly kind. The room was spacious, giving me plenty of room to work on my PC, which was a big help. I was also told ahead of time that the road was under construction, which was useful.

Nice for the price. Construction on the avenue made it hard to get around the street.

The room is clean and roomy. The hotel feels very basic and should only be a 3‑star at best. They should warn guests about major street construction—this is very inappropriate. Getting in and out is extremely tough; no cars can reach the area, and there’s no metro or bus nearby.
