“Simple stay near volcano”
The biggest plus was how close the place is to Volcanoes National Park, and the studio room was a decent size; the walk through the trees and the exterior looked nice and it was very quiet. When we got there I had a question and the host answered quickly. We arrived very late and left early to try to catch the volcano eruption, so we never used the shower, kitchen, or TV. The property was a bit hard to find at night because there are several buildings at the address and nothing visible from the street. The room had small portable heaters that only work if you point them directly at you and they’re not too far away. For a couple sharing the bed, one person sits right against the wall, making it tricky to get in or out of bed if they need to use the restroom in the middle of the night. The place could use some updating, and overall it felt a bit pricey for what you get, but it worked for us as a simple last‑minute stay near the park to try and see the volcano eruption.
