The room was very comfortable and located in a splendid spot. The train station and bus stops were nearby, making it great for exploring Pavia.

The location is undoubtedly excellent, well served, and the room and private bathroom are clean. The common kitchen is well equipped with a high‑quality coffee machine and capsules, snacks always available, and a fridge with free cold water at all hours—a service I hadn’t experienced in Pavia before. We’ll definitely return. The only drawback of a ground‑floor room in the historic center is the street‑side noise from the busy traffic, which you can still hear despite the nearly new windows; this is clearly beyond the owner's control.

The spot is spot-on—just a stone’s throw from Pavia station and close to the city center. The room I stayed in was spacious, very well furnished and functional, almost like a four‑star hotel room (the bed is super comfy!). The owners are extremely helpful and quick to respond.

I love the location—train station and all sights are a short walk away, and the place is spotless! The new, modern setup feels great, and the shared kitchen is well-equipped; they even provide groceries and bottled water for a quick Italian breakfast. The air conditioning works quietly and efficiently, and the bathroom is nice with a really good shower. Parking is free, not right at the door but just a few minutes on foot. The only downside is the poor soundproofing against the two neighboring rooms; the surroundings can be a bit noisy, though the windows and bathroom insulation are decent. Logging into the apartment online can be a bit tricky at times.
