The place is in a great spot, the high‑tech keyless entry works via phone, the rooms are clean and comfy, and the staff are friendly. The downside is that if your phone dies you have no alternative entry, so you might have to return to the reception a couple of times, and you need Wi‑Fi to unlock it; we almost ran out of battery while charging a power bank.

The room was modern, welcoming, and spacious. The host was kind and helpful. The room was under‑equipped: there was no shower, shampoo, or liquid hand soap.

The location is unbeatable. A large, beautiful room with a huge bathroom and a small balcony, plus a coffee capsule machine, kettle, and mini‑fridge. Capsules, tea bags, water, and cola were free, as were toiletries in the bathroom. Everything was super clean. We even checked in early. The host was very nice, helpful, and offered great city tips. A public parking garage is just around the corner and can be booked online at a reasonable price. There are plenty of breakfast bars nearby. We were completely satisfied and will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Verona.

The location was spot on, the room was clean and spacious, and the balcony was acceptable even though it could have been larger and cleaner.
