Located 16 km from Newark Liberty International Airport, the hotel is near New Jersey Performing Arts Center and Prudential Center.

The cleanliness of the bathroom during our stay was extremely disappointing and unpleasant. When my mother went to use the bath towel, she found a large amount of hair all over the towel. There was also hair scattered throughout the bathroom, to the point that my mother had to clean it up herself. This was completely unacceptable for a hotel room. We immediately reported the issue to the front desk staff, but we were told that the General Manager was not at the hotel at the time and that we should contact them by email regarding the matter. I therefore emailed the Assistant General Manager to report the incident. However, we never received an apology, an explanation, or even a response to the email. This lack of communication was extremely disappointing and made the situation even worse. This trip was particularly meaningful to our family, as it was my parents’ last overseas vacation. We ended up staying at this hotel unexpectedly because our flight was canceled due to a hurricane. Unfortunately, what should have been a special trip has been overshadowed by this extremely unpleasant experience. While the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable in itself, the way the hotel handled our complaint was even more disappointing. We promptly reported the issue, followed the instructions given to us by the front desk, and contacted management by email, yet we received no response whatsoever. After this experience and the way our complaint was handled, I have no intention of ever staying at this hotel again

The location is great, close enough to walk to shops and restaurants; the parking situation was not ideal.

The facilities were good and the service was excellent.

The staff, especially housekeeping and Melon, were wonderful. The only issue was a fairly large brown stain on the carpet in our room.
