Only the mattresses and towels were decent. The building is tucked between tall blocks at a lower street level, with no dedicated parking, either inside or outside. The bathroom is inefficient: the PVC shower cabin is old, tiny, and hard for adults to enter (my son and I gave up trying). The bidet isn’t fixed to the floor and could tip over in a “delicate” situation. Cold water is almost nonexistent and barely splashes from the tap, so you can only get hot water. The sink is a Barbie model, very narrow, and the glass shelf above it is a hazard when washing your face. One room was scorching hot, and the air‑conditioner was inadequate with a misleading remote; it was off when we arrived and took a couple of hours to cool the room. The TV remotes didn’t work in either room, so I had to go down and call the concierge to fix them. The parquet floor is old and the planks are loose. In the hallway to the rooms, two wardrobes have sharp steel brackets protruding; with the locks they can easily cut someone passing through the narrow passage (see attached photos). Finally, the breakfast area and the buffet are far apart, so you have to walk past the reception with your plates; the plates are minimal, barely enough for a packet of crackers. There’s no toaster to warm bread or focaccia. I’ll stop here, though I might have forgotten something.
