Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.
It was a wonderful experience! The location is excellent, right in the centre of the old town and close to everything. The riad is beautifully decorated, clean, quiet, and has authentic Moroccan character. For me it matters that the experience feels special, just like the people who serve there. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful, always with a smile. A special thanks to the young woman who took an interest in us and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We would recommend this riad to anyone looking for a place to rest and a genuine Moroccan experience, and God willing we’ll return.
Our stay at this riad in Fes was simply extraordinary. From the moment we arrived we felt at home, thanks especially to the young woman who looked after us. She was always friendly, warm and ready to help with anything. Her service really made the difference and made our stay even more special. The rooms were very beautiful, comfortable, well maintained and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Everything was spotless, which we greatly appreciated. Overall everything was perfect: the atmosphere, the service, the quiet, and the feeling of being in an authentic, well‑run place. We would return without hesitation and recommend this riad to anyone who wants to enjoy Fes with full comfort and excellent service.

The location is very central in the medina and our room on the fourth floor had a large, private terrace. The roof terrace was nice and the staff were very supportive. We could have used more and better pillows for the terrace chairs, and a couple of sofas would have been nice too.
