The beds were comfy, the whirlpool was great, and breakfast offered a wide variety, but there was little space to dry towels and the room could only be ventilated with the air‑conditioner.

A modern Bed and Breakfast in the countryside outside Modena. A charming host. The beds are comfy and the breakfast buffet is well stocked.

Nice, clean room. Great beds. The huge jacuzzi is very luxurious, but it wasn’t needed for us. It is fairly remote and can only be reached via a rough road.

The breakfast is very good, sweet (cakes, juices, jams all homemade) and savory. Nothing else.

The room is clean and beautiful, with an exceptional whirlpool where you can sit in three. The breakfast is excellent, both for the availability of gluten‑free and lactose‑free products and for the zero‑km items from the farm (the cakes are exceptional). Nothing. The location is in the middle of the countryside, very relaxing. It’s clear that you need a car to get around and that you should be sure you don’t want a place in the town center.
