Location & food were fine, yet the place was not clean, had a smell, cockroaches, and was useless altogether.

Good maintenance, but the internet Wi‑Fi could not be connected. The centralised AC in room 111 was not properly working, so they changed the room the next day to another with split AC. There was no lift for room no111, making it difficult for senior citizens to climb.

The food is good and the location is also very good, but the indifferent attitude of persons there made the stay unpleasant. The attitude seemed to be “if you want to stay, stay; otherwise you can leave.” Very unfriendly; I will never stay in that hotel again. I was given a torn bed sheet, and room cleaning had to be requested. The response for service is very slow. The photo on the website showed two beds, one single and one double for three people in a Deluxe double room, which I booked seeing that. I showed the photograph to them, and they said we would provide only a mattress. One bed and a torn sheet were given, and a dingy room was allotted. It was a miserable experience. I have photos, but since there is no provision to upload them, I am not doing it. Added to that, it is an old property and not well maintained.

The only good thing was the spot; everything else was a let‑down. The check‑out deadline was inflexible, which was annoying.
