The bed was very comfortable, the staff were super friendly, and the location was fantastic; the continental breakfast buffet was modest. The toilet and bathroom were not very clean, and the shared toilet and shower were a bit rough.

👍 Pros: 1. Fast Wi‑Fi throughout the room. 2. Keyless entry with a passcode – very convenient. 3. Delicious breakfast. 4. Excellent location – close to Kings Cross station and a supermarket nearby, making it very convenient to get around. I’d happily stay here again on my next visit! 👎 Cons: 1. Soundproofing could be improved – noise from neighboring rooms was clearly audible.

The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us. The room itself was nice and clean, making our stay comfortable.

The location was great and the staff were helpful, but the upper floor was noisy at night—walking footsteps echoed down and kept me up.

The room was spotless but a bit small, and the bathrooms stayed clean and never had to wait for a shower. Walking to the opera takes about 25‑30 minutes, and the area is quiet with cafés nearby for breakfast and shops a short walk away for souvenirs. The breakfast, however, was underwhelming: eggs were barely enough for one person and you had to cook them yourself; there was no ham or veggies, just bread, cold sausages, cheese, butter, jam, peanut butter, coffee, and juice.
