The breakfast was awful, everything was old and poorly served; I ate a buttered bread one day, there was no cheese, and the coffee was lukewarm. The next day I had coffee at the bakery next to the hotel, I definitely don't recommend the hotel breakfast. When I arrived in the room the sheet was dirty and full of hair and lint; I asked to change the bedding, but it seems they don't change sheets when guests change, and the room is full of mold, no air conditioning, and the beds are separate single beds. Everything smells moldy and old, if you have hay fever I don't recommend it. They don't provide adequate blankets; there are two huge old blankets in the wardrobe with dust and mold smell. I stayed two nights and paid 380 reais, and it doesn't justify the 380 reais. The coffee is not acceptable either. It's better to pay for the Ano Bom Palace if you're staying in Barra Mansa. The front desk staff are attentive to guests.
