Meder Resort Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

I liked the hotel a lot; the food was very good and high quality (salmon, sea bass, lamb, beef, etc.). The reception staff were very courteous, spoke Albanian, and made me feel welcome; the young man who handled our luggage and guided us to the room was very friendly and professional. I have no major complaints overall, except that the beach is about a 10‑minute walk away, though the hotel bus could take us there; I would prefer a hotel right on the sea.

“In fact it is a good 4-star hotel”

The food and style were good, but the sewage system was broken, the beach was poorly maintained, and the sun beds were set too close together.

“Dissapointed.”

The food was bland but acceptable, and the sauna was new, clean, and spacious. However, the furniture, doors, and walls were old and damaged; room cleaning was poor; homeless cats roamed the restaurants; the beach was small; and the gym equipment was very old and insufficient.

The spot is good, but everyone smokes everywhere, even inside rooms, so cigarette odor is always present. This is a real issue for non‑smokers and kids, especially in the restaurant and by the pool. The food is bland, with almost no meat and limited fruit options. The same Slavic tracks play nonstop, seven days a week, and there’s almost nothing for children. The toys in the kids’ playroom are broken. The hotel looks worn out overall and really needs a makeover.
