I'm still fuming about the Oyo hotel in Kolkata. They only care about the online booking and charge extra fees when you arrive. I was shocked when they demanded 2000 rupees from me after I took a taxi from Howrah, and to make matters worse, Oyo's customer support was completely unhelpful. I ended up going back to Howrah and booking a room at a different hotel for 1700 rupees. These scammers should be put out of business.
