Everything was perfect, especially the zen garden, and there were no complaints at all.

Everything was amazing; the surprise was that the thermal bath was nude and gender‑segregated, but everything was still incredible.

Great hotel with ryokan option for a good price compared to others in Hakone. We stayed at the traditional Japanese room with tatame floor and futon, an loved the experience. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the Hakone main metro station, bus stops, konbinis and restaurants. The onsen and gardens area is also very beautiful and well maintained. The dinner was great, but we just missed some western options for the breakfast. Staff is super kind and helpful. The AC was not working on the cold mode for the whole hotel. A fan was provided as an alternative, but we missed the AC
