There was a pool, but no hot tub. The heater didn’t work, the floor and desk were a little dirty, and the room was not sound‑proof.

There was no coffee in the room, the hot tub was not working—something that wasn’t advertised. I paid an extra $100 to upgrade to a spa tub, which was hugely disappointing, and there was no access to the ice machine after hours.

We booked a room with two Queen beds, which was what we paid for, but they only gave us one Queen and a double. There were no pens, lotions, or other essentials in the room.
