The hotel didn't deliver the level of service I'd expect from a 4.5‑star property; the room bar only had a bottle of water and nothing else, the coffee machine was tucked in a dark cabinet and hard to reach, and the carpet was dark, giving the place an overall outdated feel. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable.

The location was excellent and it’s a great spot if you want to be near the Magnificent Mile and all the shops, but the air conditioning was broken the first night and only improved a bit the second night, leaving the room very hot at night and ruining the experience.
