The staff were friendly, the interior design was nice, the rooms stayed clean, breakfast was good, and the restaurant meals were tasty. However, there was no minibar in the room, no hair dryer in the bathroom, and the shower cabin lacked a place to hold soap and shampoo. The wardrobe could use extra shelves for shirts and underwear while keeping the same width.

The hotel is modern, clean, and offers great food, convenient parking, and a helpful, friendly team; rooms are spacious and tidy, making it a very good spot. The only downside is breakfast: it comes from a menu, takes 10‑15 minutes to prepare, and you can’t customize items (like mixing eggs and sausages); extra bread or mustard costs extra and you’re not told beforehand.

The location works well as a base for exploring Sanok and its surroundings. Breakfast is decent, but for a longer stay it can become repetitive (three eggs, two types of plates—sweet and savory).
