I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, and Cathy and her team—especially Andrea—were amazing, remembering our coffee and sugar preferences, which made a great start to the day.

The room was spacious, though the work desk could have been positioned better. The bathroom and shower were lovely, and the balcony offered great views. However, the nights were extremely noisy even with curtains drawn and balcony doors closed; the pubs and clubs around us were loud enough that we could hear the music until 3 am each night from our 11th‑floor room. The hotel really needs better soundproofing and should warn guests that sleep will be disturbed until 3 am. While it didn’t ruin the stay, it did significantly affect both nights.
