The housekeeping was solid—Rita did a great job cleaning our room. On the downside, there was no refrigerator or microwave, the beds were tiny, and the doors were so stiff that we had to ask the receptionist for help unlocking them.

The canteen felt very cozy, and the evening shift waiters delivered excellent service. However, the pool was crowded, the elevator was barely functional, and people parked behind the lagoon with their cars blasting music at full volume.

The sensor‑lit bathroom lights up nicely when you enter, the restaurant food is delicious, and the sea view is lovely. The mattresses come with plastic‑covered sheets that feel uncomfortable, the pillows are very small, thin, and smell damp, there’s no hot water, the door card keeps failing, you can hear everything from other rooms, the Wi‑Fi is terrible, and there are no blankets or throws.
