I stayed at Hotel Vienna Shenzhen and had a very pleasant experience. The location is convenient, close to transport and local shops, making it easy to get around Shenzhen. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short or long stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out. Overall, a reliable and comfortable choice for anyone visiting Shenzhen

Great spot and helpful staff with tons of restaurant tips; the room was clean and roomy. Everything else was spot on.

The room was comfy, but WiFi never worked, and language was a hurdle—though we managed with translators. Still, the bed was great and the staff were friendly.
