Everything I needed was clean and present: a microwave, a small bar fridge, and a walk‑in shower; the iron was a bit spat out and the kettle was heavily used.

For the price, we got what we paid for: we were in town for a race at Winton Raceway and needed a place to sleep. The rubbish was emptied, check‑in was easy, and the location was fairly easy to get to with food, petrol, and groceries/convenience stores nearby. The wifi worked and wasn’t slow. No towels were changed during a 4‑night stay and the beds weren’t made or changed. I was scolded for not parking directly in front of my unit, even though the ute parked around the corner was blocking the entry to the car park space in front of the unit. One bed was overly soft compared to the other. Previous guests had left stickers on the bathroom walls that they hadn’t removed, but that didn’t affect our stay; it just seemed like low effort.

Good position. Good price. Courteous welcome. Effective split system and hot water system. Thoughtfully appointed with microwave, toaster & cutlery/ crockery. Nothing - good value for money
