The level of cleanliness matched that of a prison, the staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming, the breakfast barely qualified as breakfast, a huge cockroach was roaming our room as if it owned the place, the noise was unbearable, we asked for a double bed but received two tiny, extremely uncomfortable single beds, and overall it was an experience I would never wish on anyone; you might sleep better in prison—absolutely terrible and never again.
