“ES UNA ESTAFA”
We arrived to find no one at the front desk; the owner was absent and only appeared four hours later after we had already informed him of our arrival time. When the bar staff—who were friendly and attentive—came to help, they told us they had no reservation. After we showed our paid booking, the bar staff set up a room for us, but the owner stopped replying to messages. The room was dirty, with stained sheets. The next day we expected breakfast included, but the owner ignored our request and we were not served. The location is great, but we won’t stay again.
