I stayed in a horrible neighbourhood and the place was nothing like the family‑friendly image it advertises; it’s more like a temporary hostel. The room was disgusting and they didn’t refund us at all. The advertising is completely false and misleading, and the staff were so sloppy they cancelled our reservation before we even arrived. Total mess.
