Elegant wooden décor, minibars, cable TV, and bathrooms featuring separate bathtubs and bathrobes provide comfort. On‑site amenities include a classical‑styled spa with dry and wet saunas, indoor lagoon pool, gym, tennis court, billiards room, and proximity to Convento De Cristo (10‑minute walk) and the historic centre (200 m).

The small lunch is excellent, the outdoor pool is great, the lobby is perfect. I liked everything, only a pity I didn't have time to enjoy the sauna and indoor pool. The only downside was having to pay for parking.

Room locations are reasonable. Breakfast is weak, small TV, rooms are old.

The room size and bedding comfort are good. No toiletry set, coffee and tea capsules are paid in the room – a shame for a 4-star. No welcome water, also a shame for a 4-star. Bathroom utensils missing (tissues, toiletry kit) and no courtesy mirror.

The location is close to the center and easy to exit. Good parking. Breakfast is a bit weak but acceptable.
