The rooms are very modern and comfortable, and the staff is attentive and friendly. The location is stunning, right in the mountains and forest. However, even though the pool had heating, it didn't work as expected on the day of my stay.
“Excelente”
The facilities, breakfast, pool, location, staff, warm welcome and overall comfort were all excellent, and I have no complaints.
This guest was extremely satisfied with their stay, highlighting the hotel's excellent facilities and top-notch customer service as major highlights.
From the moment I arrived until I left, the staff treated me exceptionally well; the room was comfortable, spotless, quiet, and offered a great view.

Everything was perfect – the people, the atmosphere, the facilities – absolutely flawless, giving me a solid 10 out of 10.
