“Great proximity to most places”

The accommodation sits close to most spots, especially the CBD, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and communicated well; we could leave our luggage and pick it up later when heading to the airport, though the room felt a bit small for the price, it was still decent.

The place was clean, but the parking was terrible—people shouted at us, it was poorly organized, and nobody could be reached about the bad parking conditions.

I loved the peace, quiet, and friendly people, the place was clean and offered good value, but the bed made noise with every movement and the shower was noisy, plus the cold water tap didn’t work.

“Custo-benefício péssimo”

The location was good, but everything else was awful: the bed was noisy, the mattress was extremely soft and uncomfortable, the door made noise, it was hot, there was at least one missing fan, the host’s reception was terrible and seemed grumpy, and they charged a 150‑rand fee for a 10‑minute late check‑in, forcing me to check out at 10:00 am even though the booking allowed until 11:00 am; the instructions were excessive, the bathroom maintenance was bad, opening the water was complicated and noisy, and most seriously the bathroom door didn’t close fully and had gaps, compromising privacy in a shared bathroom and making the stay very uncomfortable.
